About Invoice Desk
Invoice Desk is a free tool for making four everyday business documents: invoices, proforma invoices, estimates and quotes, and receipts. You can add your logo, choose from three templates and more than 40 currencies, set per-line tax rates and payment terms, and download a PDF.
How it works
Everything runs in your web browser. What you type, your logo and the PDF are processed on your device and are not uploaded. Drafts, your logo and your last-used document numbers are kept in this browser’s local storage, so they are still there next time. Clearing this site’s browser data removes them, so keep the PDFs you send as your records.
The PDF is written directly by the page using the standard PDF fonts (Helvetica and Courier). If a document contains characters those fonts can’t show, such as Chinese or the ₹ sign, the page makes an image-based PDF instead, so nothing goes missing.
What it doesn’t do
Invoice Desk doesn’t send emails, take payments or keep an online record of your documents. It doesn’t give legal or tax advice. The guidance on each page is general information. Check the rules where you and your clients are based.
Who makes it
Invoice Desk is part of Toolwoven, a small independent collection of free browser tools. Each tool focuses on one practical task and can be used without signing up.
